Dr French has been the first person to really listen and help me correct a difficult skin condition I have called melasma. She is meticulous, responsible, and completely effective in her approach. I can finally feel more confident again thanks to her help! Highly recommended!!
My visits with Dr. French are always amazing. She is very thorough and knowledgeable in her expertise. I trust her recommendations in helping me get the shape and look I’ve longed for. Dr. French and her nurse Jen always make me feel welcomed and are very friendly. They both address my questions, concerns and goals with courtesy.
After carrying 5 kids including 1 set of twins. Having c- sections, appindectomy,d&c, hysterectomy, hernia etc etc. My belly is not what is use to be and I need to get rid of this (belly flap) excess skin that is itchy and annoying. I have put this off for years due to fear or possibly not being to comfortable with docs I have met. But I have finally found the best and am ready for this. Surgery is scheduled for June.Updated on 15 Jun 2018: Got thru my pre-op. yesterday. Got lots of info and all questions answered. Before pics done ? Have two full weeks to prep and get everything ready. So Excited and Nervous at thr same time.
I was lucky and happened to know someone who had worked with Dr. French and had nothing but great things to say. After meeting with her, I knew she was the one to undertake the challenge and help me reveal the skinny girl hidden under the skin.Updated on 7 Mar 2017: Well, surgery is scheduled for the day after tomorrow. I am excited, nervous, terrified... I'm not afraid of the pain - I am afraid of being disappointed with the results. I will post as soon as I can after :)Updated on 11 Mar 2017: surgery went great! 2lbs of skin removed :) i have 4 drains and minimal discomfort. Using the GoGirl to pee because our toilets are too far down, ha! No bowel movements yet but i am passing a decent amount of gas.
Hello and thank you for the question. I agree with Dr. Ruotolo in that you may be a good candidate for an Abbe flap but it appears you have a lower lip scar that raises the question as to whether you have already had this. The other techniques mentioned may be good options for you to complement your facial balance. I recommend you have a consultation with a cleft and craniofacial surgeon. Best of luck to you!
Thank you for the question regarding your recent otoplasty. Without images or an examination it is difficult to comment with accuracy but do know that after any surgery there will be a period of swelling that can temporarily obscure the results. Best to adhere to your surgeon's post operative instructions and follow up with any concerns. Best of luck to you and I hope you have an excellent outcome!
Thanks for the question. Botox tends to take approximately 5-7 days for initiation of effects with full results at 10-14 days. You may expect treatments to last approximately 3-5 months. Hope you have a great experience.
Looking worse before you look better is expected as the peak of swelling typically occurs at 48-72 hours after surgery. Most swelling resolves over the next 3 weeks and by 3 months, if healing is uncomplicated, you may expect contour to be settling into final results. Keep your follow up appointments with your surgeon and best of luck!
I agree with many of the answers listed below. I would like to add, however, that there is an extremely low risk (but it does exist) of PAH or paradoxical adipose hypertrophy. What is this? A situation in which the fat cells treated by Coolsculpting become larger and the area looks fuller. This is very rare, but consumers should be aware of it's possibility.
