Fat graft seen through at tear troughs under lighting 8 weeks after injection.

You can try steroid + 5fu injections or RF treatments like thermage, venus viva or intensif to help remove the fat if its early in the treatment.  I also recommend prp and/or sculptra injections after fat grafting to maintain results. If you want it removed See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

This is a very good question.  This is the most sensitive area to inject.  Due to the nature of the eye area, the skin is thin and the technique is most important when injecting in this area.  The surgeon must be skillfull in this area as it is unforgiving if mistakes are made.  The fat must go in smoothly and layered in precisely.  There must be no lumps and it must be even bilaterally.  What you see on the table is what you will have postop.  If there are problems postop, they can be fixed, but the surgeon must be familiar with this area.  Since you are only 8 weeks, it is hard to predict your final outcome.  I would be patient and see what happens over time.  Also, I would stay away from kenalog injections, as they can cause more harm.  The fat lives as a filler and kenalog does nothing.to remove it.  Good luck.
