I had a breast lift/ reduction to fix uneven breasts. It’s been over a year and I don’t have any sensation, the bottom half of both breasts are numb and nipples are too. However, I do still have sensation in the spots where my nipples used to be. It feels like my nipples are still in their old spots sometimes. I also have what feels like tissue thickening where my nipples used to be. Is that normal or do I need to speak with a doctor about it?

Hi dear. Yes, you can still have surgery. Using vitamin E in lotions and soaps shouldn't prevent you from having surgery, as the amount absorbed through the skin is minimal and doesn't have the same blood-thinning effect as ingested vitamin E. However, it's important to stop using these products...
I encourage you to visit with your surgeon for an evaluation. It may be a suture end that has worked its way to the surface. If so, your surgeon should be able to address it in the office.
