Breast lipo - is it possible for me to go to C/B cup? (Photo)

Thank you for your question. The size of the breasts can be reduced with liposuction, as long as there is minor degree of skin laxity and the position of the nipples is adequately high. The main advantage of this procedure is minimal scarring (2 - 3 mm, carefully positioned), and overall reduced risks. However, it provides only control over the reduction of volume and not significant control over shape.

Thank you for your query. You have not mentioned your current cup size or your age. With age, more of the breast volume is fat, which can be liposuctioned, and a significant breast reduction can be achieved. At a younger age glands predominate which can not be liposuctioned. An MRI can show the amount of fat present and you can get a realistic estimate of how much reduction to expect with liposuction. Based on your single picture, I think it would be possible for you to go to a C/B cup. A physical examination and clear discussion with your plastic surgeon will be essential for optimal results. However, in general, I believe this is possible. Breast liposuction can be done under local, twilight, or general anesthesia and is performed on an outpatient basis. Please allow yourself approximately 10 to 14 days for healing. It will be important for you to wear postoperative compression to minimize swelling and to maximize healing. Hello, it is possible to do liposuction, with several risks, such as significant bleeding that requires opening the breast to repair the bleeding, irregularity in the shape, asymmetry between the breasts, but if you are aware of all these risks, if you can do it and lose 1 size

With liposuction you simply reduce volume but do nothing with the skin envelope. You might have more ptosis after liposuction. However, it would be an option in your case based on your photos as long as you are ok with your breast shape and don't want a lift.

Unfortunately, you have not told us your bra size. However, liposuction can be done. At size 32 or 34, each 100 cc of fat removed corresponds to 1 cup size change. At size 36 or 38, each 200 cc of fat removed corresponds to 1 cup size change. From you photograph, it appears the skin is loose already and may hang even more after liposuction.

Liposuction only removes fat and not actual breast tissue. If you have large breasts from weight gain, then liposuction can be helpful. If you had large breasts even when small, then liposuction may not do much. An examination is needed to determine if you can benefit from breast liposuction.
