How much would 500cc look removed from me?

At size 36 each 200 grams removed corresponds to 1 cup size change. You would go down 2 1/2 cup sizes and would be a 36 C.

It really depends on how much extra skin you have and how wide your breasts are. Generlaly speaking, you weill be about 3 cup sizes smaller when removing 500 g and normally with very large and pendulous breasts, 500 g achieves the goal that the patient is looking for. Unfortunately, it is hard for me to prcisely comment on your case without seeing you and examing you.

With 500 cc's removed, you will probably go down about 2.5 cups in size. You may become a D cup. Perhaps more can be removed.

An exam is needed to give you an idea of what you could expect in terms of results after removal of 500g of tissue. You would be reduced several cup sizes. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation to learn more.

I think these are questions you need to ask your plastic surgeon. If you haven’t chosen one yet then I suggest you having a few in person consultations with providers in your community.
500 g of tissue per side is fairly typical.
You can look at before and after pictures of typical breast reductions to get an idea. Look for patience, whose characteristic are similar to your own in the before pictures.
