I had an open rhino with lip lift then later, alarplasty. After healing my nose looks longer. My alar lobules & nasal sill pull downward. My alar facial groove sits lower. Can I lift my base & alar facial groove back up? My doctor says cinch sutures can be used (to narrow) but also lift. I tried to research cinch sutures & alar base lifting but find it difficult to understand. How/can this be done, are cinch sutures like suspension sutures? Can they lift and anchor onto a part of the face? Thx!

Yes you should be able to remove what is added and adjust your nose . You will not be able to exactly get back to your old nose but it should be very feasible to move in that direction. Choose an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon.
