Asian rhinoplasty revision help! I want everything out of my nose and to go back to my old nose. Options?

I had an asian rhinoplasty done in korea. I had dermis for the bridge and a combination of septal and ear cartilage for the tip. I hate everything about my nose. the height, shape, angle, but especially how projected and high the tip of my nose is. I want everything out of my nose and to go back to my old nose very desperately. If that's not possible, I want to reduce the cartilage and go back as close as possible. I feel super stressed and sad about ruining my face like this, please help!

I have been very unimpressed by the columellar strut that seems to be in fashion these days. It appears to serve no purpose but can feel uncomfortable and distort your tip. I have taken many of them out with no complaints
