I've had a rhinoplasty 10 years ago and was left with a pinocchio nose. I tried to correct it 5 years later and the surgeon failed. Recently, I consulted another surgeon and he told me it's impossible to deproject the tip and shorten the length of nose (from the front). Can I still have hope or is it truly impossible?
