Do I have hypoplastic breasts? (photos)

You do not have hypoplastic breasts. You do have breast asymmetry, which the majority of women have. You can have the shape of your breasts improved and made more aesthetic either with implant augmentation or autologous fat grafts to the breasts. Your breasts don't appear hypoplastic and it does look like you can get a very nice, natural result from a breast augmentation.

Your photos demonstrate breast asymmetry with a somewhat contracted lower pole(short distance from the fold to the bottom of the areola).  This could be improved withasymmetric augmentation (larger implant on the left), with release of the lower pole toenhance fullness.  

Based on your photographs you do not appear to have a
hypoplastic breast. This usually presents with severe underdevelopment of the
breast, often on one side of the chest. The nipple position and size of the
pigmented portion are also different postion and size. You also do not appear to have a tubular breast deformity. All women have differences between their two breasts. You do have
asymmetry and what appears to be a much shorter distance between the fold and
your left nipple. To get better symmetry you would need a mastopexy (breast
lift) and possible removal of a small amount of tissue on the right.
Alternatively, you could elect to have a mastopexy and placement of implants. A
board-certified plastic surgeon should be able to provide you with your
surgical options.

From your photos, it looks like you have a very, very mild tuberous deformity.  Your nipples are a bit "puffy" and you lack fullness in the lower poles which makes you look saggy.  You also have significant asymmetry. I think you are a good candidate for a breast lift on the left and a reduction on the right OR a lift with fat transfer to the left and a lift on the right.  A lift will be able to reduce the nipple diameter and will also allow the surgeon to rearrange your breast tissue and lift the nipple position.  Either making the small side larger with fat transfer or the larger side smaller with reduction will improve your breast symmetry.

I am sorry to hear that you were made fun of in school. No matter what we call your breast problem,
the important thing is that it is correctable.
While you do have a number of options, the one that should get you the
most predictable result with the least amount of scarring is a breast
augmentation. This can be done with 24
hour recovery and the new gummy bear implants.
Fat grafting is also an option but it will only take the smaller one up
one size and does not change the shape very much. A breast lift is an option but will only lift
your breasts. This procedure will also
leave scars and does not address the asymmetry unless you reduce the larger

Thank you for submitting photos with your question. From the pictures you provided you do not appear to have most of the characteristics of tubular or hypoplastic breasts. You look to have a healthy amount of breast tissue so you have several options available. Choices could include breast lift, implants, fat transfer, reduction of the larger breast, or a combination of these.
