I could not get great picture as my nipples were somewhat erect which changes the shape of my breast, but my breasts are very uneven. One is a A cup and the other is a C cup. My nipples are puffy and the areola seem to be growing larger and larger as each year passes. I have always had tube shaped breasts that have very little tissue development on bottom. Would surgery be successful in making me look natural? I am self conscious and got made fun of all through school for my breasts being pointy

Answer: Do I have hypoplastic breasts? (photos) Based on your photographs you do not appear to have a hypoplastic breast. This usually presents with severe underdevelopment of the breast, often on one side of the chest. The nipple position and size of the pigmented portion are also different postion and size. You also do not appear to have a tubular breast deformity. All women have differences between their two breasts. You do have asymmetry and what appears to be a much shorter distance between the fold and your left nipple. To get better symmetry you would need a mastopexy (breast lift) and possible removal of a small amount of tissue on the right. Alternatively, you could elect to have a mastopexy and placement of implants. A board-certified plastic surgeon should be able to provide you with your surgical options.
