Hi Morgan417,In the first Transformers (2007), Megan Fox was 21 and playing a teenager. Many actors and actresses are actually look younger than their actual age, but because they are older, they have had more experience in acting which makes them better actors. This was the movie which made Megan Fox famous and launched her into stardom. She was a relatively fresh faced unknown prior to that starting her acting career in 2001.In the second Transformers (2009), she is now 2 years older and being famous typically comes with more perks such as a personal trainer (Harley Pasternak) and diet plans (Factor 5). Apparently she is not a big fan of the gym, but when people are famous they are in the public eye and feel the need to maintain a certain appearance.I suspect with more diet and exercise, she reduced her body fat percentage as well as her facial fat, in particular her buccal fat, which is the fat under her cheek bones. This buccal fat will make a younger persons face look rounder and chubbier cheeks. As they lose this fat naturally with age, even without working out or dieting. If you look at Megan Fox now at 29 years old, she still looks stunning, but she does not have the fresh faced look of 2007 or even of 2009. Her cheekbones are very defined, but the fullness of her brow and under her cheekbone is lost. If I were to soften her look, I would try to replenish the volume in that area. She is 29 now, so most women will now try to look younger and softer, and not try to look older. Women under 25 may still feel they look too young, and try to define their facial features, but as soon as you reach the peak then it is downhill from there.I typically recommend not to perform buccal fat reduction or removal, because I think it prematurely ages a person's face. In fact, one of the most common places I revolumize on my older patients is the buccal fat area. Not everything we see in celebrities is plastic surgery. Perhaps she may have tried botox or fillers, but why would someone who became a huge star in 2007 feel the need to change their face, when in fact the world, fell for her as the fresh faced teenager in 2007. It makes more sense to me that with fame comes pressure to maintain a certain look and be healthy, and with that comes celebrity personal trainers and their diet plans.I hope you find this answer helpful.
