I had a mid face lift 4 years ago and still have hanging skin/cheeks. Can it be fixed, along with scar revision? (Photo)

 Thank you for your pictures. I think your facial balance looks good. Mid facelift does not treat the corners of the mouth. Based on the pictures I see I would not recommend any treatment for you at this point. I'm sorry that you had to endure the recovery of a midface lift and it did not meet your expectations. 

Looking at your pictures I do not believe that you are a candidate for a facelift. A mid facelift or facelift will not treat the corners of your mouth. The incisions that you have can be improved. It might be that your sideburn hairline is also too high after the mid-facelift, so you might have to consider a small hair transplant of the sideburns to improve this area, but is limited what I can see from the pictures that you are providing.Consider Voluma to increase your inter-Zygomatic distance to see if this can lift some the cheeks non-surgically and improve your looks.
