The middle part of my neck is looking crepe it bothers me I'm only 52 years old and not ready for a face lift. Not showing pictures how long does a neck lift last? Also, what is the price for a lower facelift including neck? I heard getting a neck lift isn't enough lower face lift with neck lift give better results. I'm in NYC.
Answer: Generally, face and neck go best together It is hard to answer this question entirely without seeing pictures and exactly what bothers you, but generally if you're ready for a necklift, you are ready for a facelift as well, and doing both together gives a more harmonious result. Best would be to make a consultation with a surgeon to discuss exactly what your concerns are. Pricing will depend a lot on the particular surgeon, especially in our neighborhood!

Answer: A lower face/neck lift is amazing for most people and lasts around 10 yrs. Many patients start getting their 1st lower face/neck lift in their 40's and getting it done under local with a little iv sedation for complete comfort is the only way to go. It is worth flying out to Beverly Hills to get the procedure done since this is what we do. Resurfacing with Morpheus , PRP and a medium TCA peel at the same time makes the face, neck and chest all look amazing and so youthful.
