Can I Get a Lower Body Lift Without a Tummy & Thigh Tuck?

    If you skin and anatomy is exactly like the picture you presented then I would say that the Brazilian buttlift would give you a very good result without the posterior scar.  I perform both but I think given the lack of massive posterior skin laxity, a Brazilian buttlift would produce less scarring and more fullness to the buttocks.  Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

A posterior buttock lift is a surgical procedure designed to lift and tighten the buttocks, removing excess skin and improving overall shape and contour. Unlike a BBL, which primarily adds volume through fat transfer, a buttock lift focuses on removing excess skin and repositioning the existing tissue for a firmer, lifted appearance.

During a posterior buttock lift, an incision is made across the upper buttocks, just below the lower back. A butterfly or peanut-shaped section of excess skin and fat is removed, and the remaining tissue is lifted and secured in a higher, tighter position. This effectively eliminates buttock sagging, wrinkles, and loose skin, creating a smoother, more youthful appearance.

Hello and thanks for your post. The bodylift will go all the way around and includes three components: a tummy tuck, an outer thigh lift, and a buttock lift. It sounds like you just want the buttock lift and that is offered by many surgeons. Talk to a local  board certified plastic surgeon with experience in that operation for best results. Thank you for your question and photo.  It is possible to get a buttock lift without the front part of a body lift.  This would lift the buttock and the lateral thigs.  Unfortunately, it will make the buttocks flatter as a side effect.  This can be a major problem for some weight loss patients.  Combinining the buttock lift with autologous gluteal augmenation can address this problem.  Instead of discarding the back tissue removed during the lift, it can be shaped to restore volume to the buttocks counteracting the flattening effect of the buttocks lift.  It is a very effective procedure.  This procedure is different from a BBL which is just fat injections and would not be indicated in your situation. Seek consulation from a body contouring surgeon with significant experience with this technique and body contourin after weight loss.

The changes obtain by the Body Lift operation include, all and more done by the abdominoplasty there for the patient with body lift have a more superior results than those obtain by abdominoplasty with this one is indicated 

The Posterior Buttock Lift is one of three components of the Lower Body Lift. The Posterior Butt Lift will remove excess skin and lift the buttocks.  It is different from the Brazilian Butt Lift in that the BBL does not remove excess skin.  However, both procedures are designed to lift the butt.

If you decide to focus on only the buttocks, you can definitely get this done as a single procedure--the posterior butt lift.

Buttock Lifts can be performed in isolation without a full body lift.   Additionally, fat injections can be combined to enhance the outcome.  Consider consulting with a surgeon with considerable expertise in gluteal contouring.  All the best.

Its really difficult to tell what you need without a physical exam.  If you are considering a lower body lift - this procedure (LBL) is also referred to as  circumferential body lift = belt lipectomy.  This procedure is essentially 3 procedures in one: extended tummy tuck + waist/lateral thigh lift + buttock lift.  The buttock lift can also include buttock augmentation.  The lateral thigh lift will help contour the lateral aspect of your thighs.  The procedure can taken between 5-7 hours depending on the amount of tissue/skin that needs removal/treatment.  Please see a board certified plastic surgeon to learn more about your options.

Without a photo of you it is not possible to give much in the way of a useful recommendation. A buttock lift can be done without doing a thigh lift or abdominoplasty. This can also be done at the same setting as fat grafting if that is likely to improve your result.
