A touch-up of filler may give improvement, but a lip lift may be your best alternative. I recommend getting a consultation with a plastic surgeon or cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results and options. Hope this helps.

I agree with my colleagues below.  Changing your shape is difficult to do with filler.   Based on your photos it could be poorly placed filler; you do appear to need more filler in the lateral portion of the lip as your natural lip is fuller in the medial portion.  You may want to look in to a lip lift that would give you more pink show of the lip.   Best of luck!

This may be due to filler placement. You'll want to see someone meticulous. PDO nova threads are an alternative to improve shape and provide lift. Fat or implants are alternatives. Best, Dr. Emer

Hey Steph, Thanks for your question. More filler could be used laterally, but to change the shape of your lips with filler isn't the best idea. This can make things look kind of funny. Be cautious with this. Lip lift is procedure that could possibly help show more lip laterally. In a lip lift procedure, the skin under the nose is removed to "roll" the red lip outward to create more of the look that patients are looking for. Hope this helps and God Bless!

Steph.   I appreciate your concern, however lip fillers cannot change the basic shape of your lips, only make them fuller and larger. I think the shape of your lips is attractive and your result is actually quite nice.  A common mistake would be to try to go a lot larger In an effort to change the shape, but this only makes them look fake.
