Pale lips after lip fillers, is this normal? 1 day post op. (photo)

Hey , yesterday i took fillers in my lips for the first time. Today i can see some white/pale patches and some red one thats probably bruises? Ghey are also overall way more paler/ lighter than normal. Im pretty scared tbh. Is this normal? What should i do? What could those light spots be?
