Is there something to repair my old lip piercing hole? (photos)

I have a Monroe piercing in high school, now at least 6+ years after taking it out I still have the outward hole. I wanted to know what my options are in making it stand out less.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  The only way to correct the piercing hole is to surgically excise it and replace it with a linear scar.  Hope this helps.

mzlucky.   It appears from your photograph that you have a hole left over from a piercing of your right upper lip. Surgical excision of this hole and closure is your best option, but it will leave a scar and the quality of the scar cannot be guaranteed. Be certain to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon in your area. Good luck.

This scar can be improved with laser spot treatment, fillers, microneedling/prp and subcision to help texture and blending. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a scarring expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Pretty much your only option here is to surgically cut out / punch excise the hole and trade it for a thin line scar in its place.

Hi, this in essence is a well healed track or tissue tunnel that would need to be excised out and sutured closed.Hope this helps.
