First, let me say that the use of permanent makeup is fraught with problems. For one, it is permanent, which means that long after the hyaluronic acid in your lips will have been metabolized away (and, since it is a natural product, it will ultimately be metabolized away, (usually in about a year within the body of the lips due to the additional mechanical effects of repetitive movement), and then you will be left with the permanent color of the makeup, which will likely also fade and become less attractive with time due to such things as sun exposure, etc. The unwanted bluish/gray Tyndall Effect typically results when hyaluronic acid is inappropriately injected to high up within the tissue. It would seem to me that it would in the end be less problematic to simply have the inappropriately injected product dissolved with hyaluronidase and then the lips reinjected properly. Make sure that you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician and ask to see his/her personal before and after photos before proceeding. Best of luck.
