Breast augmentation revision and rhinoplasty revision - can I safely do them all together?

Question

Hello! I am planning on doing breast implant revision third time for size increase dr is telling me capsules better be out as well , Fat graft to breast 250 cc each , revision rhinoplasty dr said he needs a graft from ears , can I safely do them all together? Or better separate them I want your honest opinion as safety is a priority to me more than results. Thankyou

I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

For straightforward cases, I would normally recommend combining these procedures.  However these are both revisions and revisions are consummately harder than primary cases.  You do not want a long time in the OR or to rush through complex cases.  However, if your surgeon feels comfortable this could be feasible.

No, do not do the two surgeries together because of the increased risk of infection to your implants and fat grafts. I would suggest doing the nose first and few months later, then the breasts.

Doing these procedures as a combined operation does not sound like it’s going to be overly stressful or too much surgery.
I have no idea how much time your surgeon needs for each procedure, but that could be an important variable.
Different providers will have different opinions.
 if these are straightforward procedures, then it should be fine to do them together.
Nasal surgery is not considered sterile and breast implant surgery is.
Some providers may have some issue with this, but it should still be possible.
