1ypo 350cc Subfacial, OTM Galaflex mesh 5'8 130# Started 32B ended 32D/DD Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch I have very flat areas on both exterior sides of my breasts. They have been there since at least 6mpo. Breasts are squishy, no pain or restrictions. Please Help!
Answer: Please Help! I would recommend switching the implant to below the muscle and performing a breast lift to address the residual excess skin/stretched out breast soft tissue envelope. You would likely benefit from some type of scaffold or mesh support to provide extra stability for the implant in its new pocket.

Answer: BA results Dear j.r.a.e.j, I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice. Answer: Explant with Bellesoma Method You have poor cleavage, your breasts are widely separated and they are mostly going laterally. The implants are much too big for your body. The use of Galaflex did not help either and probably created the flat spots you dislike. At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. At 6 months, small sub muscular implants can be placed if additional volume is desired. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Flat areas You are experiencing excess tissue expansion in the lower poles of the breast tissue despite the use of mesh, leading to these flat spots. You are very lean and with small native breasts, and you and your surgeon did not heed caution: smaller implants and subpectoral placement. As your tissues continue to expand and thin, you can expect rippling in the central chest and in the upper poles of your implants too, unfortunately. An in person examination would be required to make the best revision surgery plan, but at the very least you'll need re-tightening of the implant capsule with more mesh. If you are going back, think hard about placing the implants under the pec major muscle too.

Answer: Implants These implants actually are too large for your frame and your tissue and may not look round or natural at this size. I would suggest going down in size and perhaps tightening the lateral pockets.
