I told my surgeon size wasn't necessarily what mattered with my procedure but I was more interested in a specific look. I wanted round breast that sit higher up on the chest. I wanted it to appear I was wearing a push up bra even when I didn't have one on. He told me lift was not necessary to get my desired look. I trusted doc and now I'm unhappy and they tell me the only way to fix the sagging is with lift? Is there any exercise I can do to have that cleavage look toward the top?

there are no exercises to lift the breasts. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

From your before photographs, you needed a lift, not breast augmentation. At this time, I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

No, exercises will not push the girls up higher. With your anatomy, your breasts naturally sit somewhat low on your chest. The bases cannot be moved. A lift will center your nipples a little more, but will not give you the round high look. You actually have a natural look now. The round pushed up high look is not for you.
