lift with implants 1/19/17, when stitches were takin out my right breast became very [RS bleep] and smelt weird went to dr and I had a open wound that was leaking.he packed it and swabbed to test for bacteria put me on cipro (21day supply) he packed for a week and the I went back under the knife for closure of the wounds, test came back it was Enterobacter cloacae, did I most likely get that while in surgery? should I be concerned that bacteria could return?

Sutures do sometimes "spit" after surgery (even dissolvable sutures). I do not believe it has anything to do with suture removal. The dressing changes should help the wound heal over time. This may take some time depending on the wound size. Good luck and be safe.Respectfully, John T. Ngu...

If you don't want them to look natural then above the muscle is a bit better. I prefer below the muscle because it gives a natural slope in the upper pole. To have the best cleavage make sure to have the proper diameter of the implant.
