When my surgical tape was removed, a scar opened up. I was told it was a spitting stitch, and was put on a wet to dry saline rinse. The wound is now over 8 times the original size. I had dissolvable sutures, but is it possible it's getting bigger because the sutures my body was spitting were never removed? I'm a healthy non-smoker.

Answer: What happens if sutures aren't removed with spit stitch wounds? One month post op breast lift with implant.
Hello and thank you for your question. You are a great candidate for a breast lift with implants. I recommend that you are a stable weight at the time of your surgery, as this will help you achieve the best longterm result.
Best wishes and good luck....
If you don't want them to look natural then above the muscle is a bit better. I prefer below the muscle because it gives a natural slope in the upper pole. To have the best cleavage make sure to have the proper diameter of the implant.
All the best,

I am sorry to hear about the mean/inappropriate comments from family members. You are absolutely not “too old” for the breast procedure assuming you are in good health. Hopefully, your only regret after the procedure, will be that you wish you had done it sooner in life.
Please make sure you...
