I asked a question before but I got some weird answers so let me be more clear.. my p/s suggest implants with a unilateral crescent lift of the right side.. my question is do I need that? I really would like to avoid a lift but don't want to look uneven without it.. and I will be getting the highly cohesive gummy bear, under the muscle.. around 350-375cc. I posted a now pic and a wish pic. Thank you

Answer: It appears you have realistic goals and expectations. Anatomic/gummy bear implant would be an excellent choice for you. As for a unilateral lift, you do have a slight difference in nipple position from right to left, but doesn't seem to extreme, so if you are ok with having the slight difference in nipple position(which apparently hasn't really bothered you for this many years of your life), then implant alone would be acceptable.

Answer: Lift or not Thank you for your question. It is difficult to say whether or not you need a lift based on the one photo you provided. Even with an in-person evaluation, it is sometimes difficult to say with certainty the a lift will be required until the day of surgery after the implants are placed. It should be discussed, however, that a lift may be required and you should let your surgeon know whether or not you are okay with the possibility of certain scars associated with a lift. If you are not okay with the possibility of scars and it turns out that a lift would give an improved outcome, then you need to be aware that your results may not be ideal with the augmentation alone. I hope this helps. Best wishes!
