I got 350cc silicone under muscle and a lollipop lift on August 7th My nipples are not centered in my areola after surgery. My husband thought it was from swelling at first but now this looks like it will need corrected. I also have rippled in my skin at the bottom that you can feel. I had some stretch marks on my breasts and thought this was why but I have not seen other breasts like this. I am having these removed this Friday but am very curious if my breasts look messed up to another PS.

Answer: Nipple/areolar position after surgery Thank you for your question and sharing your photos. It does appear that your nipples are not centered on the areola and that there are some skin rippling on the bottom of your breast. I would recommend that you visit with your plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns. Some of the rippling may soften as you heal. The nipple/areolar region may not change much more. I would hold off on any revision discussion until you are at least six months out from surgery and keep in close touch with your plastic surgeon.

Answer: Revision of lift I'm sorry to hear that you've had a less than desirable result. There is certainly some asymmetries and lack of roundness to the nipples and excess tissue. This could be easily revised without a great amount of recovery. I'd recommend a Weiss pattern or anchor pattern lift to removed the excess tissue. Talk to your surgeon about your concerns and consider getting a second opinion on operative plan. Best wishes.
