Are these small holes normal 32 days post-op, 0.7 punch? (Photos)

Holes appeared after hair started to shed. I’m posting a 12 days post op picture and the one with holes are 32 days post op. Thanks.

Everyone chanel direction is different and all channels are opened according to your hair type, so it is normal and as you hair grows they will get back to normal.

Recipient and donor sites are “healed” at 2-4 weeks, but it takes 3-6 months for skin incisions to calm down. It looks like a normal post op photo to me, but an in person exam with your surgeon is best if you feel like something is wrong.

Your head appears to be healing nicely. The dimpled areas are where the grafts were placed and the hair has been lost before the follicle starts producing new hair. It looks like it has healed nicely and I expect that the results will continue to improve over the next six to eighteen months.

Your recovery appears to be normal but I always suggest that you speak with your doctor.  Also, I hope that you are on medical therapy because you appear young.  it is important to consider hair management with medicine because you will not have unlimited donor supply.  I have attached a video on topical finasteride, which remarkably reduces the risk of sexual side effects to almost zero.

This resembles pitting to me which I’d caused by pacing the grafts too deep during placement.  I recommend you go back to your hair transplant doctor to gain further knowledge of what’s going on.
