A strip surgery is not the answer I’m afraid. Your best bet is scalp micropigmentation or transplanting beard hair in the area to mask the depletion.

over harveating of the donor area does leave depleted donor area. If you don’t want to do SMP, you can do body or beard hair transplant to scalp.
