Is it possible to do a FUT for filling depleted/Overharvested regions in the donor area after FUE? (photo)

I had a bad FUE, Donor side is depleted and considering to fill some upper regions of the donor by doing a FUT in the lower region. Too many grafts around 3500 were extracted by FUE from the complete back side. Not interested in having Pigmentation.
