Does my donor area look over harvested? I also break out in spots every couple of days and it is still red,I have been using antiseptic cream is there any other creams or oils I can use? Thanks

Unfortunely you have fallen into the trap of more grafts for less cash. You were never a candidate for 4500 fue. Very few patients are actually. My advice is to go and see a reputable hair transplant specialist to examine the area and seek a solution. This may consist of scalp micropigmentation and or beard transplant to the area.

Your donor area will always look "thinner" proportionate to the number of hairs taken out after a FUE harvesting surgery. The hairs will NOT grow back from the donor area (where it was taken). If it all goes to plan the donor hairs will grow in the area it was transplanted.

Hi there, unfortunately it looks like you have been over-harvested with a see-through effect in your donor area. I would see a hair loss specialist/ hair transplant surgeon to get an evaluation of the redness and your available treatment options for both problems.

This has the look of a donor are that has indeed been over harvested.  One thing you can do to camouflage the are is Scalp Camouflage which is scalp micropigmentation.  You may never gain your density back, but the method of Scalp Camouflage can definitely help you in this case.

Many people who received 4500 grafts will be over-harvested and develop a see-through donor area as their original donor density may not support that number of grafts
