Can you reduce the size of the areola while leaving the breast size as is? (Photos)

Hello. I have been considering areola reduction surgery for a while now as I am very insecure of their size. Would it be possible to reduce the areola without doing a reduction of the breast size, as I am happy in that regard..… I will attach some pictures below, thank you.
