Areola bump removal - is there a minimally invasive way to remove these? (Photos)

I know bumps on the areola can be normal, but I have some that are particularly prominent. Is there a way to have them removed, perhaps by having them cauterized off? The less invasive the better. What kind of doctor would I see for this? Thanks!
