Male Areola Reduction - can I expect good results from the surgery? (Photo)

About 20 years ago, I lost over 100 pounds. I've dealt with loose skin in different parts of my body but always felt self conscious about the size of my areolas. Could I expect good results from areola reduction surgery? I don't see a lot of before/after pictures of men online (especially without also getting gynecomastia surgery). Am I risking it making worse by getting surgery?
