How practical is it to remove septal extension graft to return to a more natural feel and movement (I know it will never return 100%)? Is it feasible to completely remove a septal extension graft with no other artificial cartilage support after? If not, Is there a method where is can be supported in a way where the nose feels and moves much more naturally? The nose tip was perfectly fine before and the graft was added to rotate the tip for aesthetic purposes only. I am fine with having a droopy tip I just want the nose to be soft again. Is this possible or way too risky to even entertain?
