You just need a skilled surgeon who is used to combining these procedures safely to help reduce any chances of complications. The only portion where the surgeon may not be as aggressive to liposuction would be the area just above the belly button. I think a tummy tuck is fairly straightforward. Treating your lower extremities, however, is not straightforward. It looks like you may have lipedema lower extremity liposuction is technically difficult and the results often do not give the kind of outcomes. Patient had hoped for. I would not do these procedures at the same time, and I would be very selective in choosing a Liposuction provider.
Delivering consistent quality, liposuction, results is more difficult than most people realize. If you then add somebody who has anatomic areas that are technically difficult and prone to secondary side effect issues from the procedure things become complex and difficult to quickly.
