I went to Korea for plastic surgery and my surgeon put some cartilage in my nose. The Korean Plastic Surgeon put too much cartilage in my nose bridge and made it too high even though I clearly asked for a smaller, feminine, sloped nose. This was my first rhinoplasty surgery and now my nose looks very masculine, bigger than my old nose, and lacks the curve. When I turn my head to a 3/4 quarter view, you can see that my upper bridge is too high and straight compared to my original nose which had a curve.
