Sliding genioplasty or chin implant - Which procedure would deliver a more balanced look? (photos)

Hello! Looking for some advice - I'm not sure if a sliding genioplasty or chin implant would balance out my face more. I feel like my chin is too short for my forehead, and accentuates the length of my philtrum more (I've actually already had a lip lift, but it was veryyyy conservative, and I might do another at some point). I do have a normal bite.
