Hello! Looking for some advice - I'm not sure if a sliding genioplasty or chin implant would balance out my face more. I feel like my chin is too short for my forehead, and accentuates the length of my philtrum more (I've actually already had a lip lift, but it was veryyyy conservative, and I might do another at some point). I do have a normal bite.
Answer: You are suitable for both procedures, but the chin implant is much more comfortable Hello. Thank you for your question. Anyone with a small and receding chin is suitable for both procedures. And so you are. You are suitable both for a chin implant or genioplasty. The decision is entirely yours. One of these procedures is much more comfortable, easy and convenient than the other. The easy procedure is the chin implant. You can get the same effect from both procedures. Please check our Instagram account and RealSelf photos. You can get more detailed information about me, ask all questions about your case and sending your photos to my assistants at the number on my profile. You can also book an online consultation and discuss your problems with me. Best regards.

Answer: Sliding genioplasty or chin implant A sliding genioplasty is performed by an oral surgeon in a hospital setting under general anesthesia with an overnight stay at the hospital and is much more invasive. Placement of a chin implant can be performed under local anesthesia in thenoffice setting as an outpatient procedure which takes about 30 minutes.
