Male, 20yo | 15-20% bf Background: I received orthodontic treatment to fix overbite(currently fixed) I think my recessed jaw is hurting the balance of my facial profile. From the research that I've done the three main options for this issue are: chin implant, sliding genioplasty or an orthognathic surgery. What are the pros and cons of each procedure and the long term optimal solution for the problem? I've attached an example of a 10mm and 15mm chin advancement. Are they realistic?
