What can be done to fix sagging skin/fat under chin after chin reduction surgery?

I had a chin reduction - genioplasty back in August of 2022, so it’s been 7 months post op.The chin bone was burred down, and the surgeon also performed a chin lipo, with Renuvion and mini- neck lift. I expected my profile to look great, instead it looks not so good as you can see on photos. What can be done to fix this sagging skin/fat or is it a muscle ? Taking into account lipo was done together with mini neck lift to tighten any loose skin.
