I had sliding genioplasty reversed But now i have what appears to be jowls and chin ptosis what surgeries can i do to correct it?

Thank you for your pictures. It appears that you have an accentuation of your crease between your chin and your lower lip. This can occur when you reposition the chin. in person evaluation to give your vets options to help camouflage this area.
