Sleeping on nose 9 months post op - could this ruin my result?

I had a revision rhinoplasty 9.5 months ago. Today I fell asleep and woke up sleeping on my face such that my nose could have been bent by the sleeping position. Could this ruin my result or rebend my nose? I had rib cartilage grafts placed. My main reason for rhinoplasty was straightening the nose.

Unless someone did a very bad job anchoring your grafts, this should not impact or re-bend your nose, esp if you had rib cartilage used (pretty hardy).

Hello! I wouldn't think one night sleeping that way would cause significant issues. You want to make sure your nose is still midline and stable. Clicking or easy movement may indicate that cartilage has been damaged. It may be worthwhile to visit with your surgeon for peace of mind.
