What can I do to help restore old nose? (Photo)

I had a rhinoplasty a while back and I realize how much I miss having height to my nose, a low nose tip, and a bulbous nose tip. What can I do to help restore those features in a revision ?

I usually say to wait 12-24 months before making a final decision on a rhinoplasty. I would return to see your original surgeon for further follow up if possible. If this is not a possibility, I would recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon (with a 6 year integrated plastic surgery...

Yes. Those issues do have a solution. In cases like yours, I usually use rib cartilage for grafting to give back structure to the nose, particularly to the tip. I also use ultrasonic rhinoplasty techniques to remodel the bone and improve its contour. You also have some retraction of the alae...

It doesn't have to be a piece of the graft. Your tip looks very narrow, and perhaps it's a prominent edge of the tip cartilages where they were sewn to each other. Seems to me your surgeon should know what it's most likely to be, and how to fix it if it bugs you.
