I had a rhinoplasty procedure in 2020. After the procedure there was a very noticeable bump on one side of the nose and the other had a harsh line due to the bone being wide and a dip in the cartilage. I had a second revision done by the same doctor and the bump was fixed but the cartilage is still not in line with the bone on the one side. It really bothers me and looks disjointed. Additionally, it looks like there is an irregularity on the tip. I am wondering what i can do to fix these problem
