Hi there, had rhinoplasty a while ago, the tip cartilage on one side is higher than the other. Not sure if tip fell only on one side or something, anyways went to a few doctors and they said it’s probably not fixable, not sure why that would be the case. Is that true? I can never fix the asymmetry, it’s pretty big difference on either side, thank you!

It doesn't have to be a piece of the graft. Your tip looks very narrow, and perhaps it's a prominent edge of the tip cartilages where they were sewn to each other. Seems to me your surgeon should know what it's most likely to be, and how to fix it if it bugs you.
