I want to be more of an hourglass - What should I do first, rib removal or real-sculpting or a tummy tuck? (Photos)
I have extra fat on my belly that I've not been able to lose with diet and exercise and some extra skin from weight loss. I am naturally a boxy shape and want to have a flat, tight abdomen that has a better hourglass shape. My hips are narrow and I have an inverted triangle shape. I know I'll still have that shape for the most part, but I want to enhance myself to be more of an hourglass, realistically. What is the best way to go about this? I am 5’6 and 155 lbs.
