Health conditions are hypothyroidism, fatty liver disease and celiac diseas - Tummy tuck surgery candidate?

50 yr old female. 5'7 170lbs. Obtained medical clearance from primary saying low risk. Cardiologist says low to moderate risk. Hepatologist says low risk. Current health conditions all well maintained. However I had a mild TIA in 2018. Does this disqualify me for surgery? Healrh conditions are hypothyroidism, fatty liver disease and celiac disease.
