A few years ago, an ENT did my rhinoplasty while he corrected my deviated septum and improved my breathing, I unfortunately did not like the aesthetic results. I’m 8 months post op from a revision from another doctor, it looks great but … within a few months, I started snoring again and have confirmation my septum is deviated as it was before. How could this happen? I feel my doctor is responsible for correcting it.

You should wait at least 2 to 3 months after a rhinoplasty to make sure that your nostrils are out of balance with the remainder of your nose. If they are, then you can consider going undergoing an Alar plasty under local anesthesia.
Sure - we can lower the nose back down if desired. Ironically, a septal extension graft that is longer may be the exact way we do that. Should be very achievable.
