How long after rhinoplasty can I get a nostril reduction?

after closed rhinoplasty where only my tip is lifted and nose bridge is made more narrow and my nostrils stay untouched. How long after can i get a nostril reduction/ alarplasty? could i get it done 2 months after?

Sure - we can lower the nose back down if desired. Ironically, a septal extension graft that is longer may be the exact way we do that. Should be very achievable.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a revision with tip refining rhinoplasty. That area is likely due to your lower lateral cartilage. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose....
