after closed rhinoplasty where only my tip is lifted and nose bridge is made more narrow and my nostrils stay untouched. How long after can i get a nostril reduction/ alarplasty? could i get it done 2 months after?

Sure - we can lower the nose back down if desired. Ironically, a septal extension graft that is longer may be the exact way we do that. Should be very achievable.
