How long after rhinoplasty can I get a nostril reduction?

Question

after closed rhinoplasty where only my tip is lifted and nose bridge is made more narrow and my nostrils stay untouched. How long after can i get a nostril reduction/ alarplasty? could i get it done 2 months after?

Hello and thank you for your question. Ideally, these should just be done as one procedure at the same time. If you have already had surgery and you are asking how long to wait after, I would wait at least six months before considering this. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

You should wait at least 2 to 3 months after a rhinoplasty to make sure that your nostrils are out of balance with the remainder of your nose. If they are, then you can consider going undergoing an Alar plasty under local anesthesia.
