I had a rhinoplasty done and it went well, the doctor was able to fix my bones, my collapsed nasal valve and septum, and within a month some drunk lady accidentally struck me in the face and now my nose is all messed up. Can it be fixed again?
Answer: Yes Yes it is possible to fix your nose again. In my practice I perform revision cases using a piece of rib cartilage to ensure structural support.

Answer: RE: Revision Rhinoplasty Secondary rhinoplasty can be performed to correct deformities after primary rhinoplasty due to trauma, aging, or general dissatisfaction. Post traumatic movement often occurs in athletes who may have had prior nasal surgery as a young child or adult and then had additional injuries due to activity or sports. This can be treated with revision rhinoplasty surgery but the complexity, time, and recovery are all increased as the number of procedures increase. Trust your face with a craniofacial surgeon!
