Bump or swelling in the tip? (Photo)

I had revision rhinoplasty sometime in 2017 to fix a polybeak and a hanging columella. After the swelling went down I started noticing a raised bump in the tip region that becomes more noticeable the longer I've been awake or when I get stressed out. Any idea why there is a raised region in the tip?
