I had liposuction 4 months ago and I have leftover saggy skin. if my skin doesn't tighten up fully over the next few months, I am thinking of getting Renuvion/J-Plasma. Is it possible to do just this procedure without additional Lipo? (I understand it will still be invasive due to having to penetrate the body to get under the skin). Would it be less effective if not combined with liposuction? I have attached a few pictures showing what happens when I "lift" my skin. (Can see abs)
Answer: Renuvion Yes, you can have Renuvion without liposuction. I would suggest waiting until you are 6 months from surgery and all your swelling is gone. You also might get benefit with micro-needling with radiofrequency which is noninvasive with no downtime. It is multiple treatments done monthly.

Answer: Yes you can have j-plasma without lipo J-Plasma can be done without liposuction, though most of the time it is combined with lipo. Some surgeons will still do a small amount of liposuction to make it easier to pass the J-plasma device, even if there is very little fat.

Answer: Can you have Renuvion without liposuction? Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these photos, you look like a good candidate for Renuvion without liposuction. The same tumescent techniques are used as for liposuction. My entrance points are the BB, low in the groin and each areola. This will leave no obvious signs of surgery. Looking at your chest, it seems that you do have some gynecomastia ( this needs to be evaluated during a physical examination) and this should be treated as well.
