There are a few key factors that would help answer this question better- -With your initial procedure, did you have VASER assisted lipo? High definition lipo? Traditional Lipo?-What areas are of concern?-Do you have any element of a diastasis recti, or midline muscle weakness, from your prior pregnancies?-Is there an issue of skin redundancy (excess) or skin laxity (looseness)? Renuvion J Plasma does an amazing job when it comes to tightening areas with skin laxity. In my practice, I incorporate it after VASER assisted liposculpting to address areas of skin laxity (not redundancy). I let my patients know that they can expect about 50% skin tightening, depending on the area, and that it won't address skin redundancy nor diastasis recti. When it comes to skin redundancy- I recommend skin excision. For a diastasis recti of the abdominal muscles, I recommend an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck). In certain instances, after J Plasma, you can perform Morpheus8 externally to further tighten the skin. In others, you may be a candidate for a revision surgery. I'd be happy to go over the details further with a virtual consultation and examination. I also have educational videos on my website that review these topics. Warm regards, Dr. Satey
