Yes, I think you can get some good improvement with your loose skin with either radiofrequency like BodyTite or ThermiTight or J plasma which includes helium. You might even need a little liposuction in the flank area to remove any excess fat. Go for a consultation.

Renuvion (J-plasma) can certainly tighten skin, but it's still limited in how much tightening it can achieve. Combining it with something like Bodytite is usually what we do when we want to achieve as much skin tightening as possible without actually removing sin.
